This agreement is a legal contract between you and Anycast VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the mobile network service application (referred to as the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, content, and technical materials belong to the Service Provider or lawful rights holders. We may adjust service content or fees for operational, security, or functional reasons and will communicate material changes when appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting device security and account credentials, and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or other actions that weaken system security.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using those functions, you are also subject to the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies.
Service functions depend on an available network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The user is responsible for losses caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signals, carrier failures, roaming charges, or lack of authorization from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their use of the App and related consequences. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by device battery depletion, system restrictions, third-party platform changes, unavailable networks, or force majeure events. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service where permitted by law and this agreement; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
