This Privacy Policy explains how Anycast VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We process necessary data within the scope described here and take reasonable measures to protect user privacy.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect information required to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access path, connection status, and duration of use. To improve node recommendations and connection quality, the App may process approximate device location information. This data is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on Anycast VPN's node distribution; 2. identify regional connection quality through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account-related messages.

We only share anonymized or aggregated data with necessary third-party providers (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, etc.) for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except when required by legal process, regulatory requests, user or public safety needs, fraud investigation, or service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not sell or rent your personal information. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account, delete personal information, or ask privacy questions, contact us at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such data was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risks.
